Course Overview
The BHMS program is designed to train students in classical homoeopathic principles alongside modern clinical practice, hospital exposure, and evidence-based learning.
- Comprehensive 4.5 years academic learning + 1 year compulsory internship.
- Clinical experience gained through regular hospital OPD & IPD postings.
- Case study discussions and repertorization workshops under seasoned homoeopaths.
Eligibility Required
A candidate seeking admission to the first year BHMS programme must satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements, including:
- Passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually.
- Obtained the prescribed minimum aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination.
- The applicable minimum marks vary according to the candidate's category and the prevailing regulatory provisions.
- Candidates with benchmark disabilities are subject to the applicable eligibility criteria under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
Alternative Qualification
Candidates holding a B.Sc. Part-I or B.Sc. degree with the prescribed science subjects may also be eligible for admission, subject to fulfilment of the required Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English qualifications at the prescribed level.
